Employment for charities: Terminating employment contracts
This webinar will cover the issues that charity employers should consider when terminating the employment of a member of staff. We will look at the fair reasons for dismissal and the importance of following a fair procedure to manage the risk of claims. In addition we'll explore the use of protected conversations and settlement agreements including Charity Commission considerations in connection with termination payments. We'll conclude by discussing safer termination in the context of departures where there has been a safeguarding concern.
